Fantastic store we have bought a table and 6 chairs previously. Needed 2 more chairs, so where would we go but to loom loft. Ps the restaurant is quality with the hotest bacon and sausage sandwich I've ever been served excellent ingredients. 👌 …

Lovely shop and lovely café. We enjoyed our breakfast in a spacious, bright corner of the shop. The elevator just needs an interior handle on the main floor otherwise it doesn’t shut properly and you need to wait for a passer-by to push it closed. MIL invited us as they enjoy this spot. Will be back to try the lunch.

Our Favaro sofa arrived today, prompt efficient service, guys were polite and proffesional, loom loft service from Martin was fantastic he was amazing and helped us throughout, worth his weight in gold.. our sofa is more Beautiful and well made than ever we could of hoped for. Fantastic all round.. fits beautifully in our cottage..highly recommend loom loft.. one word EXCEPTIONAL !!

We visited this store for the first time and we were very impressed with the style and quality of the furniture. Rickie looked after us really well and helped us with our purchase giving us sound advice and answering all of our questions. We bought the Marlborough dining table, chairs and cabinet. Can't wait to have them delivered to our home. The Bistro was excellent too. Looking forward to our next visit to this impressive store.

Called Sunday for a browse / lunch. Prices ok although I prefer water/waitress service for these prices, food was slightly above average and although not warm enough the problem was rectified immediately and a free drink given to compensate , the main reason I’d go back would be the staff, naturally pleasant and courteous. Well worth a visit, although don’t go just to eat. The shop has amazing quality goods.

Brunch menu excellent and service good for meal. Staff a bit slow at serving additional drinks but will definitely recommend as friend said this was unusual - we thought perhaps there was a new staff member.

Lovely bistro and cafe on the top floor of this large and modern furniture salesplace (with stylish furniture). The bistro was open for coffee/tea and crumpets or croissants, which we had, although the menu was much more extensive. The only slight complaint is that when we asked for butter, a handful of butter portions was brought and dumped on the table as though we had asked for an unusual extra. The rest of the service was friendly and willing. We will certainly go back to test out the rest of the menu. Although on the upper floor, there is perfect lift access and accessible washrooms so this venue is suitable for anyone.

The stunning shop and the café is really lovely - great coffee and a really lovely breakfast. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
